About Us

Robert serves as CEO of Power Engineering Services, LLC where he began his career at PES as the Field Services Manager in December of 2019. Over the next few years, he was part of the growth that allowed PES to operate in Houston, Dallas, and Central Texas. His technical background in electrical testing and commissioning allowed him to obtain his NETA IV certification and expand the company’s capabilities. He is originally from North Carolina, and after serving 12 years in the US Army as an enlisted soldier, he moved to Texas in 2016.

Daniel serves as President of Power Engineering Services, LLC. He began his career with PES in 2013 as an Electrical Estimator. He gained knowledge in the estimating department understanding the basics of power distribution systems which led to his transition into Operations in 2015. Once in Operations, he was able to expand PES from serving the San Antonio area to servicing Austin. Around 2018, PES expanded to Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth, solidifying PES’ presence across Texas.

He obtained his Electrical Engineering degree from UTSA in 2015. In 2021, he obtained his Professional Engineering license in Texas. In 2022, he became licensed in (47) total states across the USA. These licenses helped PES become a staple in the Power System Study market across the nation.

Ashley serves as the Director of Operations at Power Engineering Services, LLC. She began her career at PES in 2021 as a scheduler and has fast tracked her career by being a leader in problem solving and having a customer centric approach to business. Her title constantly changed as her ambitions continued to expand and she now oversees Project Management, Marketing, Accounting, and all our NETA Field Service offices. She is a determined leader who believes in investing in people to help them achieve results greater than they thought possible and delivering impeccable customer experience to all existing and potential customers.

Ricky serves as the Estimating Director of Power Engineering Services, LLC. His passion for problem solving and all things electrical drove him to seek an Engineering Degree at The University of Incarnate Word. Shortly after graduating in December of 2019, he found home at PES. He started as a Field Technician reporting directly to the newly hired Operations Manager Robert DeMarce. At the time PES was around 30 employees large yet filled with great ambition to make a difference. Through the field experience he gained confidence in electrical systems and realized PES was on the path to making a big difference in a positive way. His Leaders continued to mentor him and allowed him to try his hand at establishing new processes and procedures, owning specialized projects, and eventually with the help of other key members, entire departments were built. He is extremely grateful for all that he was able to learn and experience during those days. He hopes to continue towards excellence and provide a path forward for anyone who wants more out of their career and has a dream for their lives.   

Deanne serves as the Director of Engineering at Power Engineering Services, LLC. With a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and years of experience in the electrical industry, she has developed a keen focus on advancing power system analysis and engineering solutions. She oversees a spectrum of critical operations including comprehensive studies, specialized arc flash training, advancements in breaker modernization, and custom solutions while expanding services into electrical design.

John serves as the Sales Director of Power Engineering Services, LLC, having been promoted in 2023. He joined PES in 2022 as a Business Development Manager, where he helped expand the company’s reach coast-to-coast.  He has 7+ years of experience in Engineering Services, and 15+ additional years in Sales where he has performed and managed account identification and acquisition, site process and safety evaluation to estimating and proposal delivery. He manages the Outside Sales Department, their Inside Sales support teams, as well as the CRM and Telephony programs, the engines of account management and acquisition. He obtained an Accounting Degree from UT Arlington in 1993; He began his career at Ernst & Young Consulting in Dallas.
